BOSSA — Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 10, 2026
This policy applies to merchandise and other products purchased through the BOSSA online store.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under Québec or Canadian law.
1. General Return Policy
BOSSA wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Subject to the conditions below, eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase.
This 30-day policy is a voluntary BOSSA return policy and does not replace or limit any legal warranty or statutory consumer right.
2. Conditions for Voluntary Returns
To qualify for a voluntary return or exchange, merchandise should generally be:
- Unused;
- Unworn;
- In its original condition;
- Free from damage, stains, odours or alterations;
- Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
BOSSA reserves the right to refuse a voluntary return that does not meet these conditions, subject to any rights the customer has under applicable law.
3. Items That May Not Be Eligible for Voluntary Return
Unless otherwise required by law, the following may be excluded from BOSSA's voluntary return or exchange policy:
- Personalized or customized merchandise;
- Products identified as final sale at the time of purchase;
- Gift cards; and
- Merchandise that has been used, worn, altered or damaged by the customer.
These exclusions do not limit mandatory legal warranties or other rights provided by law.
4. Exchanges
Where available, BOSSA may offer an exchange for eligible merchandise.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, BOSSA may offer an alternative solution, such as a refund or store credit, where appropriate and permitted by law.
5. Return Shipping
For a voluntary return because a customer changed their mind, selected the wrong size, or otherwise no longer wants the product, the customer is generally responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.
If merchandise is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise subject to a legal remedy, BOSSA will assume applicable costs as required by law.
6. Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If an item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact BOSSA as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the problem; and
- Photographs where applicable.
BOSSA will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under applicable law.
7. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact BOSSA at:
serviceclient@bossa.ca
Please include your order number and details of the issue.
Where appropriate, BOSSA may provide a replacement, refund or other legally appropriate remedy.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Where a refund is required by law, BOSSA will issue the refund within the applicable statutory timeframe.
9. Statutory Cancellation Rights
Québec consumers may have statutory cancellation rights for certain online purchases when the merchant has failed to comply with specific requirements applicable to distance contracts.
For example, cancellation rights may arise in circumstances involving:
- Failure to provide required information before the purchase;
- Failure to provide the required contract within the applicable period;
- Material differences between the information provided before purchase and the contract;
- Failure to deliver within the applicable statutory timeframe; or
- Other circumstances provided for by Québec law.
Where a consumer has a statutory right to cancel, BOSSA will comply with the applicable cancellation, return and reimbursement requirements.
10. Legal Warranties
Products sold by BOSSA are subject to applicable legal warranties.
These warranties may provide rights concerning the quality, durability, conformity and proper functioning of goods.
A voluntary BOSSA return or exchange policy does not replace or restrict these legal warranties.
11. Gift Cards
BOSSA gift cards are subject to Québec laws governing prepaid cards.
Gift cards that are subject to Québec prepaid-card rules will not be given an expiration date or made unusable after a specified period where prohibited by law.
Gift cards are generally not refundable for cash except where required by law.

The available shipping method and applicable shipping charge will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
2. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.
Any applicable taxes on shipping charges will be calculated as required by law.
3. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
BOSSA is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law and agreed to by the customer.
4. Processing Time
Orders will normally be processed within the timeframe indicated during checkout or on the applicable product page.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays and other circumstances.

BOSSA will comply with the delivery requirements applicable to distance contracts under Québec law.

Where local pickup is available, the applicable pickup location and instructions will be displayed during checkout.
The customer will be responsible for collecting the order within the designated pickup period.
If the order is not collected, BOSSA may contact the customer to arrange an appropriate solution.
