At BOSSA, we make sandwiches the way they should be — bold, generous, and full of heart.
What began as a cozy neighborhood sandwich counter has grown into a small family of shops rooted in one simple idea: real food, done right. Every sandwich starts with our own bread, baked fresh each morning at our production kitchen. From our house-made proteins to our sauces and toppings, we put the same care into every ingredient we serve.
