Tragedy brought me back to Philly last month and we wanted to put out something that my cousin would have loved. Something that pays homage to the city he loved so dearly, but mixing in some MTL love. So here it is.
The Montreal Hoagie.
Salami, capicollo, mortadella, prosciutto cotto, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, shredded lettuce, sliced onions & red wine vinaigrette.
Starting on Sunday, it will be served on a sesame & poppy seed hoagie roll. We needed a little extra time to test out a banging recipe for this one, so sorry for the delay.
Simple, stacked & delicious.

What began as a cozy neighborhood sandwich counter has grown into a small family of shops rooted in one simple idea: real food, done right.
