Our Story

At BOSSA, we’re more than just a delicious takeout and catering hub, more than a specialty products grocery store, and more than a morning coffee pit stop. We’re a community. A family. And we always take care of our family!

Located right in the heart of Verdun, Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, and downtown at the Time Out Market in the Eaton Centre, our passion and priority is serving you the very best and ensuring your satisfaction with both our products and service.

BOSSA has grown to three locations, with a fourth one on the way. We’ve also built our own bakery to produce our bread and pizza fresh daily. To maintain the same level of quality and consistency across all our shops, BOSSA has centralized production of its proteins, ensuring every bite tastes just as it should — no matter which location you visit.

From a very young age, it was incredibly clear that Daniel (Co founder) had a passion for food. He was always in the midst of it – whether he was helping his grandparents cook meals in their kitchen, crushing tomatoes seasonally to prepare jars upon jars of tomato sauce, or in his parents’ kitchen, spatula in hand, trying to cook up a storm.

Sure, his determination to immerse himself in the culinary world at such a young age was impressive to those around him — but even more impressive was the fact that his meals were actually delicious.

 

Flash-forward to today and Daniel along side Fabio Sperduti are running BOSSA’s kitchen. Together, they lead BOSSA as a chef-driven sandwicheria, continuously developing new offerings that keep the menu creative, fresh, and true to its roots — all while sharing their passion for food with the Montreal community, their family, and with you.
